While watching a movie, many people wonder how real the buildings in which the main characters live are, to whom they belong and where the owners were at the time of the filming. We learned these details about the 5 houses that “lit up” in the movies.

1. Blade Runner: Rick Deckard House

This house was built in the 20s of the twentieth century in Los Angeles (California, USA). The author of the unusual building – a famous American architect and innovator Frank Lloyd Wright. The facade in the style of the Mayan architecture was created from decorative concrete blocks that were cast directly at the construction site in forms designed by Wright. In 1982, this building was used by Ridley Scott as the home of Harrison Ford’s hero in the film Blade Runner. And now the building belongs to billionaire Ronald Berkle.
